Clubs, lessons and activities in one family calendar. Filter by child, set term dates and holiday breaks, and spot clashing plans.

Sort the lifts.

Taking and collecting are separate arrangements. Use a regular helper, an A/B rota or a change for just one session. Unassigned journeys stay visible.

Bring the right things.

A fresh kit checklist for every session. Keep sizes and notes, and set adjustable reminders to check fit or condition.

Share an image through Messages or another installed messaging app, such as WhatsApp. Or copy the details as plain text. The person receiving it doesn't need Club Circuit.

  • Who's going, plus the date and time.
  • Taking, collecting, venue and parking.
  • The kit list and any session instructions.

Phone numbers are optional. Cards are snapshots, so send a fresh one if plans change. Confirm arrangements with your helpers directly.

03 / THE DETAILS, TOGETHER

Less chasing. Less retyping.

Turn a message into a draft.

Paste the organiser's message or read a screenshot, image or PDF. Text recognition happens on your device. Check the dates, times and children before saving.

Know where to go.

Keep addresses, entrances, collection points and parking codes with the club. Allow time for travel, parking and getting ready, with a separate collection journey.

Keep track of the extras.

Record club fees and payments, keep useful club photos and export a family backup. Share a portable club file with someone who uses the app.

Make room for changes.

Cancel one date, adjust the time or change a helper without rewriting the term. Shared club files are reviewable snapshots; they aren't live family sync.

Journey times are entered manually. Reminders use the nearest 60 notifications and refresh when you open the app or save. Open Club Circuit regularly; system notification settings affect delivery.
